Where We Ship

Mkova currently ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Germany, France, Netherlands, and Sweden. If shipping is available to your location, eligible options will appear at checkout. International free‑shipping thresholds range from $120–$160 depending on the destination. Exact rates will appear at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees once the package arrives in your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your Mkova order total.

Customers are responsible for any additional fees required for delivery. Mkova is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

Customs Declarations

All international shipments include accurate HS codes and product descriptions to support smooth customs clearance. Your customs office may request additional information before releasing your package.

Refused or Returned International Shipments

If a shipment is refused, returned, or undeliverable due to unpaid duties, incorrect address information, or failure to collect the parcel, the original shipping cost is non‑refundable. A reshipment fee may apply if you choose to have the order sent again.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Mkova is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
