Mkova products are created in small, intentional batches. When you place an order, your candle or blend is poured fresh specifically for you. This ensures the highest quality, the cleanest ingredients, and a luxury experience from start to finish.

 

How long is the processing time?
All products: 3–5 business days for pouring and packaging

Seasonal or limited releases: May require additional time during high‑volume periods

 

Why don’t you keep everything in stock?
Because Mkova is a small‑batch, luxury brand, we prioritize freshness, quality, and intentional production. Made‑to‑order allows us to avoid waste, maintain ingredient integrity, and give you a product that hasn’t been sitting on a shelf.

 

Can I still order if something says “Sold Out”?
“Sold Out” only appears for:

Limited editions

Seasonal drops

Scents being reformulated or retired

Everything else remains available as made‑to‑order.

 

Will my order ship faster if it’s in stock?
If we have a batch already poured, we’ll ship sooner — but most orders are made fresh. You’ll always receive the highest quality version of your product.
